2020 Tryout Information

Are you interested in playing competitive youth baseball for the Lisle Wolves?  Players only need to attend one tryout. Tryouts for the upcoming 2020 season will held on the dates below. All players need to register online before the day of your tryout

The Participant and/or Participant’s Parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge, understand and assume all risks inherent with participating in this program/tryout. I, the parent/guardian of the above named Participant, herby give my consent for their participation in “Lisle Wolves Travel Baseball” and any of its directors, officers, coaches, agents, affiliates, sponsors and associated personnel against any legal claim by or on behalf of the participant as a result of participation in the tryout. I also give my consent for all medical care prescribed by a medical doctor, EMT or nurse to persevere the physical well being of my child. By submitting this form, I accept the terms of the aforementioned Wavier of Liability, Release, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement.
